Community Impact

The NCC Dream Fund was created to help turn ideas into action by supporting people who are committed to serving others and strengthening their communities. Across the Washington, DC area, the fund focuses on nurturing leadership, encouraging collaboration, and helping individuals take meaningful steps toward long-term impact.

With support from Deister Electronics USA, Hillsong East Coast was able to expand programs designed to create space for authentic community. This support helped pilot a Friends Retreat, a two-night experience focused on strengthening friendships, self-reflection, and emotional awareness.

A stronger community starts with showing up for one another. Our Deister Electronic USA team joined Cornerstones at its FREE from Hunger Center, rolling up our sleeves to prepare snack packs and pack breakfast items and everyday essentials for our neighbors. It was a chance to step away from our daily routines and put teamwork into action where it matters: helping support the community we call home.
