Manage small weapons

The electronic "locker" series offers great flexibility and scalability for the secure management and transfer of electronic devices and other valuables. Thanks to various locker sizes, a wide selection of operating terminals and central software control, they can be put together to suit almost any application.

With its compact form factor and up to 14 individual compartments, the locker S is ideally suited for storing smartphones, tablets and similar small electronic devices, as well as weapons, valuables such as documents or bunches of keys, in places where space is limited.

The individual compartments can be equipped with a receptacle with integrated RFID reader that is adapted to the device. RFID chips installed in the device are thus automatically detected in the compartment when they are removed and returned. Alternatively, the RFID chips can also be attached to the device in the form of a keyTag dongle. This tag is inserted into a slot in the compartment. When it is inserted or removed, the removal or return of the device is automatically recorded and logged. This means that it is always clear which item is in which compartment and who had access to it last.

The electronic "locker" series offer great flexibility and scalability for the secure management and transfer of electronic devices and other valuables. Thanks to various locker sizes, a wide selection of operating terminals and central software control, they can be put together to suit almost any application.

With its up to 12 individual compartments, the locker M easily stores laptops, large tablets and other electronic devices as well as documents and tools. The locker M is also ideal for the automated management of service weapons, magazines and security equipment.

The individual compartments can be equipped with a receptacle adapted to the device with an integrated RFID reader. RFID chips installed in the device are thus automatically registered in the compartment when they are removed and returned. Alternatively, the RFID chips can also be attached to the device in the form of a keyTag dongle. This tag is inserted into a slot in the compartment. When the device is inserted or removed, the removal or return of the device is automatically recorded and logged. This means that it is always clear which item is in which compartment and who had access to it last.

The proxSafe® C4+ terminal is suitable for all key management systems and electronic locker systems.

The operating terminal is supplied with an administrator ID card for setting up the system. Users can identify themselves via crendential card or by entering a PIN. The proxSafe® terminal enables quick and easy operation.

Operating terminal with touch display

The proxSafe® C6+ touch terminal combines simple and intelligent operability with the display and operating functions of a 5.7" colour display with capacitive touch screen. The C6+ terminal is compatible with all proxSafe® key management systems, as well as with all other locker systems. It comes with an administrator ID card to set up the system. Users can identify themselves via a credential card or by entering a PIN. The optionally available multi-technology reader enables the use of many existing access control cards for user identification.

In order to track handguns or rifles via RFID, an RFID chip is attached in or on the housing of the weapons, insofar as this is technically and legally possible. We are in contact with many weapon manufacturers in order to find the optimal solution for you without affecting the weapons.

Using RFID, it can be reliably tracked whether your employees have really removed or returned the weapons.

A clear LED indicates whether each compartment or drawer contains an item or not. Via different display states, such as "flashing", "off" or "on", the LED display guides the user during removal and return.

The cabinets are also available with transparent windows in the compartments and drawers if, for example, a visual inspection of the contents is necessary.

Traceable and reliable

The cabinet systems automatically create an accurate audit trail. The individual reports can be flexibly adapted to your own requirements if necessary. This way, you only receive the data that you are interested in.

The reports are offered as ready-to-use PDF or CSV exports and can also be sent automatically by e-mail at specified times.
