The proxSafe® locker S has 14 compartments or 12 compartments if the control terminal is installed in the cabinet. It is ideal for storing smartphones, tablets and similar small electrical devices as well as valuables such as documents or bunches of keys in places where space is limited. But there is also room in the compartments for larger items such as firearms or technical equipment.

The C4+ terminal has a high-resolution colour display on which Asian and Arabic letters can be easily displayed in addition to Latin languages.

Operation is via a robust keypad, which offers a pleasant haptic experience and is appreciated by many users for this very reason.

Users can present their RFID ID card at the built-in RFID reader. The built-in reader reads all common RFID technologies at 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz.

Card or PIN

Simple identification and access management

In order for a user to claim a locker for himself, he either presents an RFID card at the user terminal or creates his own PIN. The RFID card can be any card, e.g. the employee ID from one's own company, because the depot system is configured to read any card.

If a user does not have a card or does not want to use it, he can switch to PIN input at any time and set his own PIN.

If he removes his items again, the card number or PIN is automatically and completely deleted from the system and no personal data is collected.

The depot mode can create and remove new users completely automatically. The system can function completely independently, without anyone having to manage the administration manually.

If support is necessary (e.g. someone has forgotten their PIN), admins can be trained in the system who can intervene and help in such a case.

Reporting

Traceability and documentation

The system automatically creates electronic reports of all deposits and withdrawals. The content of the reports can be precisely defined. This gives a good overview of which compartments have been in use for how long, when the deposit or withdrawal took place and the state of the system at any given time.
