Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced CentralRegional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within the territory: KS, ND, NE, SD, MT, WY, CO, NM, OK, TX, Mexico. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers and channel partners. You will work closely with technical support and product teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive revenue growth.
Ideal candidate will be Home-based in Houston, Dallas, or Austin, TX (with regional travel)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across vertical markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, distributors, and end users
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, often in collaboration with technical support
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as a brand ambassador
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Maintain CRM records and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in security, access control, or technology sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region (domestic and occasional international travel may be required)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as PipeDrive (or similar)
- Familiarity with quoting software such as QuoteWerks (or similar)
- Experience with RFID, PACS, or physical security systems is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus
