In sales, you not only attract new customers but also represent our company in the market. You will engage with end customers, business partners, and distributors, participate in trade fairs as both an exhibitor and visitor, and develop deep insights and knowledge in your market segment. Your challenge is to not only listen to the customers but also read between the lines to find the perfect solution from our comprehensive product portfolio.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and excite end customers for our laundry management solution, teXtag.
- Simultaneously manage existing end customers and partners, expanding the business further.
- Continuously advise end customers on optimizing our system and planning their laundry needs.
- Find and process tenders, providing guidance in their preparation.
- Plan and manage acquired projects, supported by our support team, inside sales, and development.
- Present our solutions at multiple trade fairs annually and follow up on the leads generated there.
Your Profile:
- You have an affinity for technical products.
- You possess several years of experience in the field of industrial laundries or textile services.
- Ideally, you have worked in one of the relevant textile industries.
- You are proficient in standard office applications like TEAMS, Outlook, and Word, and are familiar with CRM systems.
- Multiple customer appointments per week and intensive travel are a given for you.
