We are seeking a dynamic and highly self-driven Sales Manager.
Your tasks:
You will be working closely with our Managing Director to undertake the primary responsibility of promoting, penetrating and increasing the market position of the Company’s innovative products to the vertical markets assigned to you.
- Formulate sales strategies and develop strategic business plans and its full implementation to meet the company’s business goals, ensure profitable growth of the company and increase the market position of the products.
- Develop and identify new accounts and manage existing customer base within certain vertical industries by evaluating sales potential and actively follow-up with customers’ requirements.
- Consistently explore new areas of opportunities to increase and generate sales.
- Meet individual sales target.
- Prepare proposals and ensure prompt follow-up.
- Support management on customers’ feedback and marketing research.
- Participate in products seminars/exhibitions.
- Report directly to the Managing Director and submit weekly sales/activity summary reports to him.
Your profile:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in electrical or electronics engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years related sales experience with proven sales track records.
- A go-getter with an aggressive but winning personality and is commercially astute with entrepreneurial skills.
- Must have confidence and sales experience in offering premium European engineering products.
- Experience in project management and system integration is an added advantage.
- Highly motivated, disciplined and results oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Goal and team-driven and a good motivator and facilitator to ensure that set targets are realised.
- Strong network and relationship building capabilities.
- Applicants should be Singapore citizens or Singapore PRs
