Visitors can easily register via their smartphones, either upon arrival or in advance, using a registration link or QR code sent by email. Additionally, a security process can be implemented in which an employee confirms the issuance of visitor credentials by scanning their own credential.
RFID technology ensures complete oversight of credential issuance and return. If a credential is not returned on time, the administrator receives an automatic notification and can take immediate action. All data is recorded and securely managed in the electronic guestbook in compliance with GDPR.

The arrival and departure of visitors are electronically recorded through the issuance and return of the keyTag, regardless of the credential technology in use. The system is compatible with any type of credential and can be easily integrated into any access control system.
The keyTag automatically records visit times as electronic timestamps, eliminating the risk of incorrect time entries. The electronic documentation is fully automated and cannot be manipulated.
If a credential is not returned on time or at all, the administrator receives an automatic alert and can take immediate action. The credential holder is also notified if the missing return was an oversight.
To prevent queues during registration, visitors can register simultaneously, conveniently using their own smartphones. Instead of each person entering their details one after another on the same screen, everyone can scan a QR code and complete the registration process on their own device — at the same time, ensuring no waiting times. Registration is even more convenient with a registration link sent to all visitors prior to their arrival, or by completing the registration in advance so that they only need to scan a QR code upon arrival.
