Visitor Management

The proxSafe® obelixx self-service system enables user-friendly visitor registration with RFID-based credential management. It can be seamlessly integrated into existing company processes, helping to improve both efficiency and security.

Visitors can conveniently register via smartphone – either upon arrival or in advance using a link sent by email or a QR code. An optional security process can also be activated, requiring an employee to confirm credential issuance by scanning their own ID card.

RFID monitoring ensures complete control over issued credentials. If a credential is not returned on time, an automatic notification is triggered. All visitor data is recorded and managed in a digital visitor log in compliance with GDPR requirements.

The system can also be individually adapted to your corporate design and internal processes.

To prevent queues during registration, visitors can register simultaneously, conveniently using their own smartphones. Instead of each person entering their details one after another on the same screen, everyone can scan a QR code and complete the registration process on their own device — at the same time, ensuring no waiting times. Registration is even more convenient with a registration link sent to all visitors prior to their arrival, or by completing the registration in advance so that they only need to scan a QR code upon arrival.
