As a Product Manager, you will ensure our products are competitive and meet customer requirements. You will be in constant dialogue with development and sales, turning customer wishes, your own ideas, and technical feasibility into high-quality products.
You see yourself as the link between the outside world and development and have the right intuition to evaluate customer wishes and your own ideas both technically and commercially. You have the necessary empathy and technical understanding to guide colleagues from different disciplines in the development and introduction of a product and to be a competent partner in both technical and commercial matters.
Your Responsibilities:
- Product lifecycle management: Initiate and oversee all phases of your products – development, launch, sales, end-of-life.
- Continuously analyze competitor products and market requirements (independently and through sales input).
- Specify products by capturing and evaluating customer wishes, your own ideas, and market requirements.
- Plan the development roadmap together with management and development.
- Conduct presentations and training during product launches and sales training at internal or virtual events.
- Provide content support for marketing and support in creating technical documents, marketing content, and videos.
- Offer technical support to sales for initial projects with new products.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed engineering degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in the development and product management of electronic industrial products.
- Knowledge in firmware development is an advantage.
- Leadership skills are an advantage.
- Passion for innovation and quality.
- Fluent in German and English (negotiation level).
