| The System |

The pigeon gets a modern permanent microchip ring instead of the traditional rubber ring. When the pigeon takes part in race flights the ring is programmed by the club or any other promoter with all details which are necessary. The ring data can be changed for each race. |
| |
When the pigeon returns home the long lasting catching, the removing of the ring and the manual timing are not necessary anymore. Above all the pigeons return without catch anxiety and fly into their loft immediately. Antennas in the loft entries read the microchip in the ring and transmit the data to the loft clock computer where the number of the pigeon and the time of arrival are saved. |
| |
Using the handy pocket clock the flight data can be transferred to the club easily. The club reads the data and prints a standardized record. The race computerloft clock continues its work. When the pocket clock is replaced there will be an automatic update with the latest timings. |
