The Johanniter healthcare organization in Ratingen has approx. 1400 emergency call devices in use for elderly people which live in their own homes. In case of an emergency a transmitter will activate an alarm at the healthcare center in Ratingen.
This emergency coordination center arranges immediate help and access for the Emergency Medical Services.
